We
manufacture Indented Cylinders for RICE
/ BARLEY / WHEAT / MAIZE MILL.
Their main task in RICE MILL is to grade the
rice in various categories like Nakku , Half
, Two Third , Full Rice and extra long rice.
In Flour Mills it is required to eliminate
the round shaped impurities such as cockles
and vetches from wheat or rye as well as the
oneswhich are longer than wheat such as barley
and oat kernels.
It
is understood that no other machine or process
can perform this task , as the cross section
and specific weight of all these impurities
and foreign kernels are identical to that
of milling wheat and rye , which means that
neither screen nor air separators can achieve
a separation. It is best technology as grader.

This
machine is supplied with variable drive pulley
and 2 H.P. 960 RPM electric motor for standard
model. Belt driven system is provided.

Not
only the diameter of the indents
but also
their shape is individually selected
and
determined by the task which each
particular unit has to perform. |

The
peripheral Velocity and corresponding
RPM of each indented cylinder
is of
paramount importance in the efficiency
of
elimination or selection.The optimum
velocity insuring the highest
efficiency of
selection has been determined
for each size |

of
cylinder and each individual task it must perform.
A large number of tests has shown the best relationship
between diameter and size of the cylinder, collecting
trays for each particular separation.
The
edge of the collecting tray can be lowered
or raised by means of a handwheel which actuates
the movement by means of a worm and gear wheel
spindle, at the same time indicating the position
on a calibrated quadrant. Consequently when
changing from one product to another and vice-versa,
the previous position which gave best result
can quickly be reset. |
