This
machine is specially designed to remove the
bran layer from the soft grain like Rice,
Barley, Wheat, Maize etc. without damaging
the seed.
The
grain is tangentially fed to the rotor through
intake conveyor with a constant speed and
quantity. The special designed rotor carefully
picks up the product and brushes it against
the scouring jacket. The intense whirling
motion of the grain layer results in :

between the kernels.

between kernel and rotor.

between kernel and scouring jacket.
The
action is so rapid we have to add the mixture
of air and water simultaneously in the machine
for polishing the individual kernel. In the
process Rice/grain becomes SILKY.
The
stock passes over the perforated screen and
allows bran prticles to pass through into
the screening hopper. Then bran is collected
at a proper place with the help of Pneumatic
conveying system. The cleaned grain is tailed
over the discharged at the outlet end of the
machine. Polishing can be increased or decreased
by setting the outlet valve.
