Flacking
Roller Mill is used for Oily seed crushing,
for the extraction of vegetable oil, and widespread use
of cereal flacking like chiwra and corn flakes, require
machines with a high capacity like this machine. Simple
and robust construction and easy in operation and maintenance.

| This
machine is basically made up of two big and
sturdy compression rolls, housed into a compact
and stable welded steel frame. They are drivenby
adequate electric motors and placed beneath
the feeding and product distribution system.
We can use it for making flakes, driven by
a Hydraulic system and as seed crusher for
oily seeds and Maize germ. These rolls are
made up of special chilled cast iron, Shafts
with spherical roller bearings as supports,
specially designed for heavy stresses. Provision
is made for the micro-meterical setting of
the parallelism and working distance between
the rolls.

| Compressible
Nitrogen Tanks, which are connected to the non-compressible
oil circuit,create a constant shock absorbing effect on
the rolls in order to protect their integrity, if any
obstruction passes between them. |
To
prevent rolls from Hammering and from being damaged by
contact when idling, an adjustable minimum distance blocking
device has been fitted.An exhaust intake provide the machine
inside ventilation to eliminate dust and steam and for
rolls cooling. This unit is having reliable mechanical,
hydraulic and electric components with doors in the machine.

Products
falls on the feed mechanism and is uniformly distributed
over the whole length of the rolls which crush it, provided
the clearance between them and their pressure are suitably
adjusted for any particular purposes.The product then
falls into the hopper below and leaves the machine. The
roll working pressure is obtained through the hydraulic
system which is controlled by the electric console board.
The required results are obtained by adjusting the feed
or by adjusting rolls distance mechanically or hydraulically.
This is perfect system and import substitution. This machine
is having various models having different length and roll
diameter. The standard size of our rolls is 1250 x 500
mm , 1250 x 600 mm. Other sizes are also available as
per customer requirements. |
