Volumetric Measurer

This machine is very useful for Blending the Wheat from various Bins. One machine controls the two Bins at a time. Percentage of material can be adjusted by adjusting the machine. Suppose you want 70% material from Ist Bin and 30% from 2nd Bin. It can be achieved regularly.

By adjusting the machine we can fix Cleaning Section Capacity per hour.

By using this machine, we can mix various
types of wheat at a particular percentage.

This machine is automatic controller for
cleaning section. The per hour capacity of
the cleaning section can be adjusted within
30 seconds. By noting the hours we can
calculate the quantity of wheat which is
cleaned.

If we provide this machine before the Ist break we can control the milling section very efficiently at a particular quantity per hour. Milling section will work smoothly and efficiently without under/over loading in this way you can save the cost of automatic weigher.

For complete control of Cleaning Section the number of machines required is just half the number of Bins in the mill.
